All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any flight delays over 2 hours.

We are not responsible for any delays or missed flights caused by traffic or other factors beyond our control.

We require a deposit of 50% of the price at the time of booking.

Refunds will only be given with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
